We want you to adore each of your Kingdom & State pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you may choose to request a refund. We have the following options available:
Full Priced or Sale Items: Store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Final Sale Items: Non-returnable.
How do I return my order?
Please fill out the return form above and you will be emailed a return shipping label. Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a refund.
If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a return in the Return Portal then place a new order, separately. We suggest purchasing the size or style you need as soon as possible to secure the piece and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your size in the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return or exchange your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest that you please keep your tracking number, as Kingdom & State is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Never send requiring a signature.
There is no restocking fee. Incorrectly shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. Any store credit issued will expire 1 year from the issue date.
Condition of Suit
Items should be returned in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, or used in any way. Items should be returned in their original condition including tags and swim liners, for a full refund minus original shipping charges. Any item returned not meeting these conditions will automatically be shipped back to the customer with no return granted.
Losses & Damages
Kingdom & State is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. Damaged or faulty items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. Damaged items must be returned to receive a replacement. Damaged items must be mailed back to us within 15 days after the claim is made and the shipping label is provided. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for damaged items to be returned. Report your claim for lost items that were not marked as delivered within 14 days from the order date in order to ensure proper credit. Please email us at email@example.com
