RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy window on all full priced items. Items should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in anyways and returned in it's original condition, including tags and swim liners, for a full refund minus original shipping charges. Any item returned not meeting these conditions will automatically be shipped back to the costumer with no return granted. Items marked as final sale (.99) will not be accepted for return.
You must have prior authorization from Kingdom & State before returning your item, by simply emailing email@example.com, for the return mailing address, and to confirm whether an exchange or refund is required. Please include your order number when e-mailing. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for a refund or store credit. PLEASE KEEP YOUR SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER! Kingdom & State is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Never send requiring a signature.
There is no restocking fee. Incorrectly shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. Any store credit issued will expire 1 year from issue date.
Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.
All items qualify for exchange if there is a sizing issue. Customer must email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange. Exchanges only applicable if the desired size is still in stock. If the exchange is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to the customer to printout and use for return shipping. Prepaid shipping label not provided for international orders (outside the US). For exchanges outside the US we will accept a return for refund on non-sale items and then the correct size can be purchased if in stock. Sale or final sale (.99) items do not qualify for prepaid shipping label, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges on these items. Prepaid shipping label is only provided for the first exchange, if exchanged item needs to be exchanged again then the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) must be received within 30 days from exchange approval otherwise exchange will be void and item(s) will be sent back to customer.
LOSSES AND DAMAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. Damaged or faulty items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. Damaged items must be returned to receive a replacement. Damaged items must be mailed back to us within 15 days after claim is made and shipping label is provided. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for damaged items to be returned. Report your claim for lost items that were not marked as delivered within 14 days from the order date in order to ensure proper credit. Please email us at email@example.com
