Return Policy

GENERAL RETURNS/REFUNDS
Orders are accepted for refund, except swimwear, and promotional sale/clearance items. All promotional/flash/clearance/code items are final sale. No exceptions.
Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your product. Items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with all tags attached. You must have prior authorization from Kingdom & State before returning your item, by simply emailing sales@kingdomandstate.com, for the return mailing address, and to confirm whether an exchange or refund is required. Please include your order number when e-mailing. No order confirmation form is needed, as we are a paperless company. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for a refund. PLEASE KEEP YOUR SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER! Kingdom & State is not responsible for items lost in the mail.

There is no restocking fee. Incorrectly shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. Any store credit issued will expire 1 year from issue date.
Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.

EXCHANGES
All items qualify for exchange if there is a sizing issue. Customer must email sales@kingdomandstate.com to request an exchange. Exchanges only applicable if the desired size is still in stock. If the exchange is approved a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to the customer to printout and use for return shipping. Prepaid shipping label is only provided for the first exchange, if exchanged item needs to be exchanged again then the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) must be received within 15 days from exchange approval otherwise exchange will be void and item(s) will be sent back to customer. 

SWIMWEAR
All SALE/CLEARANCE swimwear is final sale. No exceptions. ALL of REGULAR PRICED swimwear is non-refundable, only exchangeable. Please email sales@kingdomandstate.com for any questions.

LOSSES & DAMAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Damaged or faulty items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. Report your claim for lost items within 14 days from the order date in order to ensure proper credit. Please email us via Contact Us section to report.
